1:1 Accountability Coaching
You already know what you need to do. The problem is you don't trust yourself to actually do it, so you start, you stop, you restart. And every time you stop, stopping gets easier.
The people who've been through this.
Building his business but kept starting over every time things got hard. New plan, fresh system, different approach. He never got past the restart. Two months in, he signed his first paying client.
Going to the gym on and off for years. Nothing stuck. Over three months that changed. Four or five sessions a week, without the back-and-forth he used to have with himself before every session.
Smoking weed multiple times a day for four years straight. She hit her first six consecutive days clean. She hadn't managed a single day before that.
These are real clients. No results have been embellished. What happens depends on your consistency and your pattern.
Every one of them started by naming the pattern. Two questions, under a minute.
Find my patternOne person holding you to what you said you'd do.
iPersist is intensive 1:1 accountability coaching. You report daily, I read every submission, and you can reach me any time between sessions. At minimum, we talk weekly. Most clients are in contact far more than that.
The pattern types come from a psychology degree and years of watching the same mechanisms repeat across completely different people and problems. Naming yours precisely is what makes the work move.
I built this because I was in the same loop. I knew what I needed to do, had a psychology degree that could explain every reason I was avoiding it, and was still not doing it. More self-awareness was never going to move it. What moved it was having the pattern named out loud by someone who could see it before I explained it away.
Previous attempts didn't fail on discipline. You were trying to fix the pattern from inside it, without anyone positioned to see it before you explained it away. That's what changes here. Most clients name their pattern in the first session. Once it has a name, it's a lot harder to run it unconsciously.
The resistant thoughts don't disappear. They stop running you. It gets much easier to take action while they're still there, and easier not to take them seriously. You start trusting yourself again, and talking yourself out of what you need to do gets a lot harder. That's how you finally start moving toward the life you actually want, and the person you keep saying you're going to be.
The premise is simple: you build trust with yourself by doing the thing you're avoiding. You already know that. What's missing is someone who reads your data before you've explained it away, names the pattern out loud as it happens, and is there the moment avoidance fires.
Who this is for
People who are sick and tired of not trusting themselves. Founders stuck in restart patterns. People trying to break a habit that's running their life. Anyone tired of the distance between who they say they are and what they actually do.
What this is not
iPersist is accountability coaching. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
Three moving parts, every month.
Before anything starts
You sign a coaching agreement and complete a Goal Clarity Worksheet. No session runs without both, so we're clear on what we're building toward before either of us spends time on it. Full access to logs and calls opens once payment has cleared.
Two questions. One pattern.
You already have a sense of it. This names it precisely. Takes under a minute, no email required. I read every response before we speak.
Five spots open per month.

After the call, if you join and submit every check-in and attend every call for 90 days without a measurable shift in how you follow through, I'll extend the programme for another 90 days at no charge. The condition is simple: you have to actually do the work.
